- Top-ranked genes categorized by GO terms.
- GO term sub-categories ranked according to p-values.
- Top-ranked genes with hyperlinks to various databases, including Entrez Gene, UniGene, UniProt, Pfam, SMART, OMIM, HomoloGene, PubMed…etc.
- Top-ranked genes associated with known biological networks and/or pathways.
C. Chromosome Location
- Relative chromosome locations of your top-ranked genes will be displayed on a graph along with the fold change of a gene to help you identify chromosomal “hot-spots”.
D. Other Documents and Read_me Files
- Explanations of each of the above report files will be explained in individual Read_me text files.
- The description of the statistical analysis will be provided for writing the Materials and Methods sections of your publications.
