The two most desirable formats are 1) Affymetrix .CEL and .TXT files and 2) Affymetrix .CAB files. Alternatively, .TXT files alone are acceptable but limited to certain statistical analyses. Please provide us your Affymetrix .CEL and .TXT files on a CD or .CAB files on a DVD enclosed in a jewel case and mail/FedEx it to CyberArrayAnalysis. If .TXT files are the only available data format, the .TXT files can be directly emailed to one of our specialists (please make sure that the total size of all .TXT files must not exceed 10 MB). Once your data CD is received, you will be contacted via email by our specialists.

Turn-around:
For a two-condition experimental design (experiment vs. control), our turn-over is usually two weeks, starting from the time we receive your files and excluding the time that you spend selecting the top-ranked genes. For the turn-around of other experimental designs, please contact us for further information.
